My customer is not paying due bills payment.

I hv a shop, i gave goods on credit to one customer But he is not paying me now nor he is saying that he will pay . Its 50000 rs. What can i do?

You should first send him a legal notice through an advocate asking him to repay the amount, if he still doesn't pay your money then you can take him to the court by filing a suit.

u can send him demand notice, file summary suit ( civil suit), file a police complaint etc.
however first send him a demand cum legal notice , asking to pay the due amount along with interest failing which u may take the above legal remedies.
