Intially initially you can issue a legal notice through a lawyer after that you can file under order 37 of CPC as well as you can file samri suit under Order 39 of civil procedure code of 1980!. you are also eligible to make an FIR the nearest police station

First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

You will have to issue him a legal notice, then file for a recovery suit under the civil procedure law wherein you will have to give his address, proofs of money sent. After the same he will be summoned by the court and return you the money. It may be possible that upon reciept of notice he may return you the money or he may change his number.

You can issue a legal notice through an advocate seeking recovery of your money by giving 15 days time. Failing which a Suit for Recovery in the court can be filed against your junior. For further advise you may connect

Sir/madam, As per my advice I would like to suggest you that kindly send a legal notice to opposite party through your advocate for recovery of money. Secondly if he or she is returning your amount which was given by you after sending a legal notice then you should immigrate file a recovery case in the concerned court. Lastly if you further seek any help regarding your matter please feel free to ask anything for your better help.
