Agar bank ne aapki bike repossess kar li hai to iska matlab yeh nahi hai ki loan automatically close ho gaya. Bank ko adhikar hota hai ki bike ko auction karke outstanding loan amount adjust kare. Agar auction amount se poora loan cover nahi hota hai to bank baaki amount aapse demand kar sakta hai. Aap bank se written statement mang sakte hain jisme repossession, auction value aur outstanding balance ka clear breakup ho. Agar bank illegal recovery ya harassment kar raha hai to aap RBI guidelines ke tahat complaint bhi kar sakte hain. Loan settlement ya closure ke liye bank ke saath negotiation bhi kiya ja sakta hai.

Agar bank ya finance company ne aapki bike loan default ki wajah se repossess (uthaa) li hai, to iska matlab ye nahi hota ki loan automatically close ho gaya. Bank aam taur par bike ko auction / sale karke outstanding loan amount adjust karta hai. Agar bike ki sale se poora loan cover nahi hota, to baki amount aapse recover kiya ja sakta hai. Aapko bank se loan statement aur repossession notice lena chahiye aur puchna chahiye ki bike kis process ke through bechi jayegi. Agar bike bechne ke baad bhi koi outstanding amount bachta hai, to bank uska demand kar sakta hai. Agar bank ne proper legal procedure follow nahi kiya hai, to aap iske khilaf objection bhi raise kar sakte hain.

Check karein ki loan EMI due thi ya nahi Kya aapko legal notice / repossession notice mila tha? Agar bina notice ke uthai hai → yeh illegal ho sakta hai Aap kya karein: Turant company ko call karke dues aur penalty amount poochein Payment karke release letter lein Agar galat tareeke se uthai hai → aap legal notice bhej sakte hain
