jisse apne udhari di hai, agar wo galat niyat se wapas nahi kar raha aur dhamki de raha hai to uske khilaf Section 420 and 506 IPC ke antargat FIR karwa sakte hai aur paise wapas lene ke liye civil case for recovery of money file karna hoga.

If he’s not listening to you then you can always serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a complaint in writing to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hello, with reference to your question, you need to send a legal notice through your advocate to give him final warning for payment of money otherwise you will file a case against him. if that person returns you the money on the basis of legal notice than your issue is resolved otherwise you need to file a case
