Sir, you may file a civil recovery suit for the outstanding amount with interest, subject to available proof of payment and transactions. Kindly share all documents for proper legal assessment and further action.

If you have documentary proof of the loan transaction, such as bank transfers, written acknowledgments, promissory notes, messages, or any admission by the borrower, you may institute a civil suit for recovery of the outstanding amount along with applicable interest. Since you have already issued a legal notice and received a reply, the same can be relied upon during the proceedings. Being an Ex-Serviceman, you may also inquire about eligibility for court fee concessions or legal aid, subject to the applicable rules in your State. Kindly keep all transaction records, notice copies and reply documents ready for detailed examination before initiating recovery proceedings. Limitation and proof of the exact amount due will also be relevant factors in the case.

You may file a civil recovery suit for principal amount with legally recoverable interest, subject to evidence. As an ex-serviceman, you may seek concessional fees. Preserve all loan proofs and notice records.
