Mere papa ne pension loan liya tha please help

Hello sir mere papa ne 2 saal pehle State bank of India se pension loan liya tha jo ki 150000 tha.usme bank ne mujhe garentar bna diya tha. Loan lagbhag 50000 pay kar diya tha.
Firr unki deth ho gyi thi uske baad bank wale notice bhej rahe hai baar baar please sir bataye mai kya karu
Apke father dwara leya gaya pension loan unke expire k baad yadi bank me aap garanter h to bank aapse bhi le sakta h yeh uska kanooni adhikaar h aap bank dwara deye gaye notice ka jawab de Or yadi bank manmaani kr rah h to aap court me suit file kr sakte h instalment me bhi de sakte h
