Lost money - Need help to recover my money

I have made a wrong transaction through HDFC UPI. I have complaint to cyber crime Online. The amount is marked as Lien by bank as cyber cell reporting. Now i got mobile no. and a/c details of the suspect. But bank said we will not remove Lien and revert back your money until we can't receive any confirmation from cybercell to remove lien and revert back money. I didn't know where to go and what to do now, because didn't get any positive response from cyber cell. Is there any other way now?

you need to file an application before the MM for seeking the remove lien for revert back of money for wrong transaction,on this application the cyber cell or directly will compliance the order of the court.
