If they are not listening to you then you can always serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write about your concerns related to settlement. You can then draft a settlement deed with the bank about the payment modes. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Bank is the only authority that can help you right now so try to keep talking to them. To solidify your point and stance and to show the genuineness of your claim, you can write a letter along with an email to them so that you have evidence about informing them of your difficulties, in case the Bank decides to proceed in your matter.

Dear Client, if you want to settle your loan you can ask Bank to provide final settlement offer which should have mentioned breakup of due loan amount with interest as on date including any foreclosure charges if any, if still bank is not responding to you then you can always contact me to co-ordinate with bank on your behalf.
