loan issue regarding my loan which i am unable to pay

Hi I am from delhi i am having a loan from a bank which i took in jan 2021 and paid 3 emis after that in covid i was under moratorium and not able to pay emi now the bank is looking for me to pay emi my financial cndition is very poor my salary is less than the emi which need to be paid and have a small baby and rented house so I have to manage all thismy husband was having a business which was shut down in cororna and collapsed now i am the only one to feed the family i want bank to give me some time to start paying emi and lessen the emi so that i can manage the things they are not ready for this and call me day and night send executives and i stay alone i do not feel safe from them

Hello maam, I went through your query. I would advice you to send a legal notice through an advocate and ask for more time and lower the emi by increasing the tenure of the loan repayment so that you could manage things. hope this was helpful. for further guidance and legal help you can contact me.

depends on the type of loan you have procured at that time. you have option such as opting for some time or some installment after initial amount. plus cannot approach you directly haunting you at your place and you can take action for that. else you can approach authority or proper forum in this regard for solutions.

If they are threatening you and sending their men to recover money then what they are doing is a criminal offence. You just can’t call anyone anytime to disturb his/her privacy. You can always file a complaint against such persons with the police. And as far as the EMI’s is concerned you must notify the bank officials that it can be adjusted and can be carried forward. For any other legal assistance I am just a call away.
