Sir mere husband ki death ho gyi h unhone 50 lakh Tak ka personal loan liya tha jo ki mujhe pta bhi nhi h ek kya uska loan mujhe dena hoga jbki me house wife hu

mam personal loan kab liya tha. wo amount jo loan ki h uska kya kiya. kya aapko koi notice aya hai ya court se summon aya hai. need some more information related to these queries then only it could be told.

dekhiye phle toh aap mujhe aap apni state btaiye taki court ki jurisdiction ka pta chal ske aur saath me agar aapko apne husband se koi property mil rha hai ya fir koi aur assets toh voh phle loan ki repayment me jaygi agar unke pass koi assets nhi hai toh aapko koi personally force nhi kr skta to pay back

if have taken any property and assets of his property ,your liability arise to the extent of you benefited with his property or assets , if have taken any benefit you need not to pay. the process is very simple

If your husband has left any movable or immovable Propety then yes upto that limit you n all the heirs are entitled to pay the debts but not from your personal capacity ! You need to hire expert advocate in this matter Thanks n be in touch
