Legal Assistance Required for Unfreezing Bank Accounts

Dear Lawyer’s Team,
I am seeking legal assistance regarding the freezing of my and my mother’s bank accounts by the Cyber Crime Department. The issue arose after a friend of mine transferred funds (₹60,000 + ₹30,000) to my account, which, as I later discovered, were related to transactions on betting applications.
I have already raised multiple complaints through the MHA website, RBI, and RTI to understand the reason behind the freeze, but I have not received a satisfactory resolution
hi you need write a letter to the Cyber Crime department sharing all the details of your bank account and that was there any complaint lodged for freezing the account and that you could approach the court to defreeze the account
