Legal Advice on Loan Recovery. No Written Agreement

20-Nov-2024 (In Recovery Law)
seeking legal advice regarding a loan total of approximately ₹3 lakhs I lent to a friend on multiple occasions. There was no written agreement, have WhatsApp,texts and audio recordings confirming agreed repayment on schedule.despite numerous false assurances, the borrower has now avoided all communication. Even after involving his Uncle and Dad.Should I just send a legal notice? Given the evidence I have, I want to know if it will suffice or if it may lead lead to prolonged legal proceedings.

Well, you can send him a Legal Notice to recover your lent money, however, even if sending legal notice, he won't return your money back, then, you can file Civil and Criminal Cases against him under the concerned provisions of Civil and Criminal Acts.
