Issued credit card against my mother's name

My mother have a HDFC saving account in Delhi. She moved to Assam before lockdown and have not used the prepaid mobile number associated with it. Hopefully, the provider have issued the same mobile number to someone else. Today, I was surprised to get a call from HDFC credit card recovery department that around 2 lakh were spend from a credit card which we have never applied. Not sure, how it is issued and when the spent was made. As she went home and is a senior citizen, so she is not aware of net banking also to monitor the saving account. Please guide me how to deal with this fraud transaction made from a card which is not at all delivered to us.
hello client as i can see ur issue is very serious matter of bank fraud which is been playwd upon your mother . in this matter its very urgent to take legal action against the bank so that the person who has commited the fraud of credit card on your mother . in this matter you nees to urgently file an writ in delhi high court to get the things clear from ur mothers name its a matter of full forgery of bank it needs to be get clear. as soon as possible .

Sir, it's credit card issue , visit to the bank and discuss all problem and you may send an E-Mail to the bank and aware him. Further, file a police complain and mention all such things against this issue.
