Institution refunding amount with deduction in admission fees

Didn't attained single lecture in institute and demanded for refund, but they are deducting admission fees without giving proper explanation and only saying it's their terms and condition?
In this case, we need to refer back to all the admission documents.
If the case is such that they are going beyond their rights as per the rules and regulations, then we claim our refund in totality by taking appropriate measures.
Need to see all documents before coming to any solution.
