injection order for monthly emi

Sir I have monthly loans nearly 120000 emis .But i borrowed money and paid emi last 3 months I have injection order for 1 year after i will pay .What can i do pls reply me

If u received injunction order for your loans then ur advocate will help you after one year also , he will file one more petition to extend the injunction order and u will get it , approach your advocate he will help u

If you already have an injection order, creditors cannot use legal recovery methods for 1 year . Immediately approach the Court through your lawyer and file for restructuring settlement of EMI showing your repayment intent . Do not ignore notices , try negotiating with lenders for reduced EMI . Legal protection is in your favour . Be strong and careful.

hi if the recoveey agents are harassing you continously then you could approach court seeking direction from the recovery agents and to ask them to follow the guidelines issued by reserve bank of india
