Incorrect bureau reporting by the lender.

I have taken a loan from an NBFC for a tenure of 9 months(From April 2021 to January 2022). I foreclosed the loan amount on October 2021 cleared all the due amount and received the NOC of the loan amount. From October 2021 to January 2022, I have shown a payment defaulter by the lending partner to all the 4 Credit bureaus (My CIBIL went from 810 to 710) and because of that, I am unable to take any new credit or loan from the bank or any financial service. I have raised many complaints, emails but there is no resolution, I tried complaining to RBI CMS under Ombudsman Scheme but the company name is not in the limited option. Please suggest to me what procedure should I follow to get this corrected.

You need to issue one legal notice to the bank and to the CBIL etc for this technical glitch in case it is according to you ..plz b in touch for the same at the earliest …!

you should approach consumer forum in this regard as this is a breach of promised service from the bank side plus damages as well because of small mistake your credit history got affected and obtaining finance got difficult for you.
