I'm getting loan harrasment from app loans

I have taken loans from online apps as there is a medical emergency thesse loan companies charged 15% processing fee and daily 1% interest and should repay in 30 to 40 days l, I took loan but due to health issue of parents I have struck in this cycle like paying and taking loans again from another app, I tried to clear all loans I sold gold, taken loan from nbfc still there is more loan and they are demanding around 10 lakhs and send recovery agents to home and office threatening me and my wife

The lenders may recover legally due amounts through lawful procedures; however, neither loan apps nor recovery agents have any legal right to threaten, intimidate, harass, visit your workplace to shame you, contact unrelated persons, or harass your wife and family members. Immediately preserve all call recordings, messages, WhatsApp chats, screenshots and recovery communications. If any recovery agent is using abusive language, issuing threats, or violating your privacy, you may lodge complaints before the Cyber Crime Portal, local Police authorities and the RBI/NBFC grievance mechanism (where applicable). Do not make panic payments under coercion. Obtain a complete loan-wise statement showing principal, interest, charges and outstanding amounts. Considering the substantial exposure involved, it would be advisable to seek a structured legal review of all loan accounts and recovery practices before taking further steps.

hi if they are harassing you continously then you could file petition in high court seeking direction to recovery agents to not to harass you and your family and to not to visit home and office and strictly follw the guidelines issued by RBI
