If I have a credit card fraud, the bank will force me to pay

Credit card fraud Date-19-03-2020 Total amount -17,000 something I don't share OTP and don't receive any phone calls but 17,000 have been deducted from my credit card HDFC phone banker does not respond properly I complain to phone banker but my issue has not escaped and send me legal notice

Hi, As per the limited information shared by you, it is recommended to first send a reply to the legal notice sent by the Bank otherwise, it will imply complications later. Secondly we also have to send the legal notice stating the facts which happened with you. For further queries contact me.

As you have already received a legal notice from the bank authorities, therefore, it is advisable that you should send an appropriate reply to the legal notice and explain yourself. Otherwise it would be construed as acceptance of the facts and allegations mentioned in the legal notice and a reply to the legal notice will act as an evidence in the eyes of law.
