I received warrant as m garenter

I received notice and warrant for being garenter by epi money. I was made garenter without my knowledge now company haresh me. Need help.

At the outside you need to get the warrant cancelled by appearing before the court. secondly as a guarantor you need to insist the person who has taken loan to repay the amount or regularly pay the emi. As per your contention since you have been made guarantee without your consent or knowledge, you can initiate criminal proceedings against the person who has done fraud against. However if the documents of guarantor bears your original signature this can go against you..

Well, you need to serve a Legal Notice upon the Bank or NBFC which wrongly made you a Guarantor without your knowledge and without seeking consent of your's. You can file a Suit against them to seek Exemplary Compensation but first serve them with a notice.
