I received a taxi order from Dm South new delhi I started giving service from 16/5/22 to 7/9/22 in between they don't pay me for my service without fuel, driver salary I cannot able to provide my service so I stop giving my service but I didn't given in writing I am stopping my service only verbal communication, and they black list my company and forfeit my security money of 10 lacks and my four month payment around 21 lacks, and in a tender form it maintion you will get payment every month

First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you must write that either return my money back or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if they fails to give you satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area. You need to reply to that notice via advocate and thenceforth need to file suit for recovery n damages accordingly ! We need to read all the contents of tender n your agreement with them to understand the breach policies etc
