I need injuction order as I can't pay loan emi and credit cards.

I had loss in business nearly 20 lakhs. I could not recover it. But I had taken loans I can't pay right now. Is there any process to settle the loans and require 1 year of time.

You can request restructuring or settlement of your loan by approaching the lender with a repayment plan. Banks under RBI guidelines may allow one-time settlement, moratorium or rescheduling of EMI if you prove genuine financial hardship. If they refuse and take coercive steps, you can seek relief before Debt Recovery Tribunal or High Court to get time extension. Do not ignore notices, always reply legally to protect your rights.

hi you could approach court and seek a relief from court to companies and recovery agents to not to harass you for the payment of loans and to seek direction to follow the guidelines and circulars issued by Reserve Bank
