I can assist you with cancellation/recall of the bailable warrant and also help ascertain the present status of your case from the court record. I understand your financial difficulty and can discuss a reasonable professional fee depending on the nature and stage of the matter. Please share the case number, court name, date of the warrant/order, and the latest order available so I can understand the matter and advise you on the appropriate legal remedy.

Yes, I can assist you with this matter. The first step will be to verify the actual status of your case from the court record/order sheet, particularly since the online status has not been updated. After verifying the record, I can advise you regarding the appropriate application for cancellation/recall of the bailable warrant and the further procedure required before the concerned court. I understand that you are currently facing financial difficulties. Please share your case number/CNR number, court name, and the date on which the bailable warrant was issued, if available. I will first review the case position and then discuss the fees with you keeping your financial situation in mind.
