I lent money to a friend and now she is not paying back.....I have full money trail via bank details.Can I file a case in police/ court?

yes u can file a case durectly to the court if u have plenty of evidence with you such as the modd of payment if is an online teansaction then bank statement and if cheque then cheque no you can directly move to court to recover your money

Yes, you can file a Money Recovery Case in Civil Court to recover your money which you had given her as Loan. Else, you can also file a Criminal Complaint to create pressure upon the accused to return your money.

Firstly issue a legal notice to your friend before filing of the suit issuance of the legal notice is mandatory if if by that notice your friend agrees or replies to our to your notice to pay back your money then you may settle the matter and take your money however if you wish to go to the court then in that case issuance of the legal notice will be mandatory
