I have taken 40 lakh personal loan and now i am unable to pay on time

I have taken multuple personal loans from nearly 10 lenders to an amount of 40 lakhs and i have lost heavily in trading. My monthly income is 60k and my monthly EMUs are 1.80L, now i am unable to pay them. But i will pay if lenders agreed to reduce interest rate and extend repayment period. Kindly advice me if i approach civil court for remedy if banks not agreed upon my request
