I have lot of loans how to injection order to banks and friends

I am a government employee I taken lot of loans and also taken money from friends so I want to time period

Kindly let us how many loans and what is the outstanding amount u have ……if bank officials and recovery agents harassing you and calling your friends , relatives and neighbours and harassing then you have to apply for injection order and get the injunction order from the court and no one will harasses you if u have injection order

See its not injunction orders its only injunction suit many persons are misguided like that it is useful to all government employees and private employees but incase of any loan auto debit in your salary account its waste for you after changing of salary account it is okay but government persons are not accepted to change the salary account

As a government employee you can formally request extra time for banks and private lenders by submitting a written application explaining your financial condition. You may also seek a Lian Restructuring plan from banks under RBI guidelines. For friends or private loans, draft a repayment agreement mentioning timelines and partial payment plans. If anybody is giving pressure on you, you can approach the court under 37 of CPC .
