I have bank credit card but some time ago my sim card went somewhere which I didn't give because I was busy in work but after that my family member's number started calling in the name of loan recovery agent to harass us. Because I didn't take any loan so me or my family member didn't pay heed to the phone calls considering it as fraud but he often told us about the phone calls after his phone calls when I checked my cards When I did, I came to know that he has actually taken a loan which I have not taken or I have never used any of his cards, a legal notice was also sent to us two days ago because I What should I do in such a situation that I have not taken the loan?

A befitting reply has to be given to the legal notice. A well drafted reply to the legal notice is the prerequisite you should be focused on right now. The reply has to be sent through the Advocate. If you haven't contacted one, I'm at your service.

Dear Client, First you should submit a reply of the legal notice through a lawyer within the stipulated time mentioned in the notice otherwise your defence will be struck off. Secondly immediately register a complaint with Police authority about the fraud and submit the copies of the complaint in the respective bank and cyber crime branch and also RBI fraud complaint cell. contact me for further support.

Firstly, you need to file a police complaint of Fraud committed against you. If police refused to file it then we have to proceed towards filing of criminal complaint against that accused person. Further, you need to reply to that legal notice stating everything in detail.

You need to file an immediate reply of this legal notice, stating the correct facts. If you will not reply to them through legal notice in requisite time, this may go against you. Also, if you have not taken any loan you need not worry at all.

1. seems like you are a victim of financial fraud. 2. take immediate steps to safeguard yourself from any legal proceedings initiated by the lender. 3. you must file a written complaint with the police station of your area giving them details of the fraud that has been committed against you. for further queries feel free to contact me
