Hi sir i give money to my relatives 11.5lakh in which 1.5 lakh are cash and 10 lakh arh money transfer to 3 friends including him .first he told that he give money today tommorrow but then he said that he take only 5.5 lakh money he refuse to pay my remaining money whai i do

send him a legal demand notice. and give legally information that in within 15 if he not pay your money then you take a legal action against him. after completing the time limit you can take legal action.
