I am having strong proofs against him as i gave the amount through cheque pls help me

yes, you first of all you send a legal notice through any advocate and demand the money with interest. After that you can file a recovery suit against him in the commercial court .If he doesn't return your money.

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

it seems that the property dealer has not returned the advanced made by you to him. if that is the position then you can file a complaint if the nearest police station of your area against the property dealer for cheating. if the police does not register and FIR you can approach the magistrate Court. should you have any queries feel free to contact me

file recovery case against him... and also file criminal case under section 420 for cheating mind sahi ho jayega uska... sbse phle you have to send legal notice and than file case you can contact us for free legal advice
