For the recovery of dues you need to file a civil suiet also known as B suiet, for filling such suiet you need to pay stamp duty, you need to file purchase order (if available), invoice, delivery challan, demand notice send to other party any other document relevant to sale
If your is a small scale industry and registered with DIC and have udyog adhar no then we have an alternate recovery process for you whi h is much cost effective and fast process.

If the person from whom, you want to recover money is a company and the amount involved is not disputed, you can file a case before National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad, since the jurisdiction of MP is in Ahmedabad. Whereas, the person from whom, you wish to recover money is an individual/partnership firm, you can file a civil case before civil court in Ujjain.
