How to recover money from Sundry Debtors

I have Business Transaction with the Person. As on today i have certain dues with and he is not willing to pay the amount . how can i recover the amount from him?

Here, you can file a recovery suit against him with help of all the transaction report. If you pay him by proper source like net banking or Cheque or demand draft raised from your account, then you can win the case.

You can file a case for cheating if you have any meterial to show of the amount transaction.
