How to handle Non-payment of dues case properly?

11-Dec-2023 (In Recovery Law)
Hi, I have worked for a company in Delhi for almost a year and a half, and the Proprietor has been dodging payments so far. This is agonising to the core as I've put day and night to help this person win businesses and increase his revenue. Now he is asking for proof of work to justify my efforts! How should I deal with this person? I have sent him timely Invoices for my services to no avail. Please help. Your expert opinion or advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Dear person, You can send the propreitor legal notice to ask for your non payment. As you have already said you have made invoices at the time of providing services so it will helpful for you to get that money back from him for that you have to do it. Plus if you have other things to show kindly tell him or can have a discussion with me so that i can provide you further solution. Thank you.

According the aforementioned facts, In case where the person is not ready to pay you after availing the services provided by you, then in that case you can first send him a legal notice and give him some days time to make your payment. In case despite the said legal notice he is not ready to make the payment then you can proceed for a civil suit in the court of law. For any further consultation please feel free to contact. Thank you
