How to get my money back from a person whom i dont know ?

I was talking with a girl from dating app . We became close and she demanded for money for hospitals expenditure and other things and i gave her because i though she is in real trouble. But she is delaying too much and i never met her . I don’t know her personally and i don’t know her address . I just transferred money through upi address which can fake and she uses paytm bank so address in the bank can also be fake . I only have her whatsapp number where she promises me again and again .

you can file a civil suit for recovery in the in the court for recovering of the amount lent with interest. please note that the time period within which the amount can be claimed is 3 years should you have any questions please feel free to contact me

First of all rather than going legally you should serve her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a complaint in writing to claim your money back along with compensations.

I understood your issue and the remedy here is that we can instantly prefer to file a criminal complaint against the girl before the appropriate police station in order to recover your money. The police shall take action against her for recovery of money
