How to file Cheque bounce complaint how to take legal action .

Person gave post dated cheque of 31st March 2024 but when I told him that I vl deposit cheque after April 1st 2024 he said his account does not have cash, how to lodge cheque bounce complaints
hi first of all you need to deposit the cheque in the bank and if it is returmed with insufficient fumds then you need to send him a legal notice informing about the same and f he failed to respond and repay then you could initiate cheque bounce case against him
