Maine ek person se 10 lac rs 10 saal pehle udhar liye jiska 2% per month ka interest diya ab kuch time se mai interest nh de paa rha hu paise nh hai to wo mujhe pareshan kr rha hai suicide karne ki dhamki de rha hai un paiso ka legally koi written proof nh hai uske paas haa par abhi kuch din pehle uski dhamki ki wajah se maine usko post dated cheque diye hai jiski date dec 2024 hai or ye bh kaha hai k har mahine rs 10000 dunga pr wo maan nh raha to plss bataiye kya karu mai ..Plss help me
