House leases amount not given by owner

We have taken lease house in Bangalore last 6 years back. Now I need to shift my native ( Mysore) but owner is not ready to return my amount. He requested for 6 months extension that also I agreed and I revised new agreement for 6th months , next month is last but now also he is not responding properly to return my amount. I need help.
okay I understand your question now you have not collect lease ammount from your owner already lease agreement expired right ok first you have to give legal notice to him then you have to take recovery of mony case againest him if you need any legal help contact me thank you

What does your renewal agreement say with respect to return of deposit?
Is the term of the renewal agreement itself is 6 months your fully entitled to the refund, provided you’ve given him a notice as per the agreement.
If he’s still not agreeing, issue a legal notice and recover the deposit.
