hi first need to see the copy of the award and whether you had participated in such proceedings and the contentions raised in petition and based on that you could file petition to set aside the award

You may challenge the arbitral award by filing an application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if there are valid legal grounds such as lack of notice, procedural irregularity or jurisdictional errors. Please have the loan agreement, arbitral award and related documents examined before taking further legal action.

An arbitral award is not automatically liable to be set aside merely because the loan amount is disputed. If you have valid legal grounds under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, such as lack of proper notice, denial of an opportunity to present your case, absence of a valid arbitration agreement, or the award being contrary to the fundamental policy of Indian law, you may file a petition to set aside the award within the prescribed limitation period. Do not delay, as limitation is crucial. Have the arbitral award, loan agreement, arbitration notices, and complete case records examined by an advocate to assess the maintainability and merits of your challenge.
