Harassment is illegal. File a police complaint for threats (Section 506 IPC). Report lenders to the RBI Ombudsman for violating recovery norms. Seek a moratorium or debt settlement via a lawyer as per the concerned provisions of law.

You cannot be threatened or harassed for recovery. Lenders must follow due process of law. File a police complaint for criminal intimidation, approach court for protection, and seek restructuring/settlement of dues legally.

if you have taken a loan from private lenders or bank they cannot threaten or black mail you to return the money, they can file a civil suit for recovery and other proceedings under Sarfaesi, PASA, or arbitration but they cannot commit any crime or harassment for recovery you don't need to be scared for no reason.
