Get my money refunded from Visa Immigration consultancy in Delhi

I had signed-up for three services from a Visa immigration consultancy In Delhi. I have not taken any services from them yet. I have asked the consultancy to refund my money but they have refused to refund the money for all three services. So I want to know should I file a case in consumer court by myself or do I have to hire a lawyer to file a case? What are the possible options I have to get my money refunded?
In this regard, I advice you to file for a consumer complaint depending upon the pecuniary jurisdiction of the forum inder which your claim will be adjudicated. Sue them for compensation, damages for unfair trade lractices whereby stating that they besides of stating us to give us service but same has not been provided, when the time was essence of contract.
