Dear Friend Use the blank cheques. Put the amount and current date and present the same in your account. When the cheque bounce you will receive return cheque memo. then you can file case u/s 138 of NI Act to recover the said amont.

get the blank cheque filled up from someone else for outstanding amount and present the same in the bank and if it gets bounce send a legal notice and file 138 case id still remained unpaid.

better to hire one local lawyer and get a complete solution, alternatively you can get a telephonic consultation with some expert.

for further clarification, you can call me.

First of all tell me that when you gave loan to your friend and date column in the said cheque was blank or not? Because limitation in cheque bounce cases is a sensitive matter. If ur cheque is time barred then u can file recovery suit.
