Full & final settlement not paid

I was working as a distributor in South delhi for an FMCG company,( Zydus wellness) , I was bearing only loss that's why I stopped it in April 2021. Since then they are telling me to send the FNF settlement amount but they didn't do so till date, now they want to give but only half payment. I denied for it and asked for complete payment.I have submitted my fnf documents in the company. Moreover,I have mails and voice recording for the fnf settlement. But so far payment not done they are giving me excuses only and stopped replying to my calls n mails. What should I do now please suggest?

I would advise you to initiate a legal action for recovery of your legitimate dues from the company by filing a suit for recovery seeking your money alongwith interest at the rate of 9% p.a. You may contact with all relevant documents

You didn’t mention what is your amount ? N do u hv any written contract between you both ..For the same first a legal notice needs to be issued which will be a demand for your money ..this is the best option at the first go

Hello as per your very query I would suggest you to send legal notice in that very legal notice we will mention all the legal points and for final settlement and in that legal notice will keep a like time period for 10 days 15 days. If they fail from doing the full and final payment within that stipulated time then we will file recovery case.
