Full and final settlement of my SC credit cards. What is the best way?

Dear Sir, I was using a Stander Charter Credit cards .Last year because of my point redemption i had stop his payment . in this regard i had written an email to his customer care service . But they are only concern about his outstanding not for my redemption . when i had stop my payment in that time the total outstanding was around 25 K . every month i had request an email for settlement this issue . but they did not gives satisfactory reply to me . SC Bank collection team comes in picture and they are forcing and treating me . Please suggest the best ways .
