Friend took 30 lac now not returning

My friend took 30 lac loan from me. I took personal loan on 16% intrest and now he is denying to return that money. People say filing case will not help at all. He has duped crores of money from others too and lost everything in online gambling.

two type of recovery suits are available. one is you can take a PDC cheque of alleged amount and after the cheque bounce you can file criminal complaint. second is you can file civil recovery case in commercial court and recover your money.
