Friend borrowed money from me , now not returning it

My friend borrowed rs.60000 from me , in his need. He committed to return it within month. But till now he did not return any amount, i have affidavit on rs.100 stamp paper. What is the way to recover money , now in October 2017, Pls help
We can send a notice for returning the money and then after 15 days of sending the notice can file a case in the civil court for recovery of money. You will get the money along with interest @18% Pa along with the litigation cost simultaneously we can also file a fraud complaint in nearby police station

please send legal notice through an advocate for the repayment within two weeks to the friend and also warn him about filing court case if he does not repays the money.

If he has decided not to give you money then file a police complaint and obtain a NC. Then go ahead and file a case u/s 406 and 420 with your nearest JMFC court and also file a recovery suit with CJJD. Also inform all his relatives, friends and colleagues common to both of you that he is a fraud. You should get your money back asap by these measures. Hire a economical and competent Lawyer in your nearest locality to help you with the filing.
