I have gave money toy friend online ode amount is 19 lakh , it's for business purpose there is no paperwork only bank statement. Now he is denying to give money initially he gave 3 lakh in monthly installments he uses money for himself and now not giving. Please help me how to recover my money how much probabilities of getting money, I have evidence like bank transaction whatsapp chat and call recording that confirm he borrowed money. Please help
Hello you can file a complaint against them if you want to proceed criminally, or you can also send a legal letter to them mentioning about all these and wait for them to revert to the same. In case they don’t revert, you can either file a criminal complaint or you can also pursue a civil case.
