Free legal aid income limit for general category

I am an unemployed person from general category. I want to file a civil and criminal suit but I do not have any source of income to fund that.
My father is on pension so he gets some money for our living around 3.2 lakh.
I want to know if I can get free legal aid help from DLSA of UP.
