Fraud with after taking loan to me

Maine Deepak Kapil ko paise diye the apne upar loan leke kuch payments karne ke baad usne paise dene band kardiye police ke paas gaya toh police ne bola FIR nahi hogi tum court jao court gaya toh unhone kaha ki court se nahi hoga phle tum FIR karwao Deepak ne mujh block kar rakha hai apne number se aur Jahan gym tha uska usne bina bataye gym Khali karke bhaag Gaya please help me mai kya karun mai bhaut pareshan hoon koi help nahi kar raha meri

If he’s not listening to you then you can serve him a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. And if want to go legal then you can always forward a written complaint to the police station of your area. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Dear Client, your matter is civil in nature so police won't do anything in this case, you have to proceed through legal notice and other civil proceedings for which first you should hire a lawyer who will do everything on your behalf. contact me for further support.

You can file the suit before the concerted court. After examining the case and listing the parties, the court will give the judgment in your favour. The only thing you have to do is to go to court and file the petition through your advocate.
