Financial difficulty unable to pay dues.

Hi team, I have a few loans running with different banks, however, in the last couple of years my other source of income has gone out of the window and now I'm only relying on my salary due to which I'm missing out on paying my dues. Can I be booked for 138

If any of the cheques issued by you to the bank for the payment of the instalment of the loan gets bounced only in that scenario a suit under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments act can be filed against you. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact.

for the loan you can't be booked for 138 but for the recovery of money. they can file case against you for the recovery of their money but you always fight it. you will not be sent to imprisonment as this is a civil matter. for further inquiry you can contact me.
