Fees in Galgotiya University submitted but not refunded

I have taken Admission in Galgotiya University last year and submitted whole fees of year then I got my name in Delhi University spot round list late admission so I joined Delhi University then I went on admission withdrawal in Galgotiya University on 10th Jan and then they are saying now that we will not refund your fees as you have submitted form on 10th January if you have submitted your form before 31st December then you will must get a refund

Dear Client, You should first issue a legal notice about the recovery of fees, and we have numbers of judgment in that pursuance of that recently we got a refund from Fitjee they also denying to refund but finally returned.

send a legal notice by an advocate to galgotiya university and give the fifteen day time to galgotiya university. After that the galgotiya university does not refund your amount then you have the option to file the case in consumer court.
