Mujhe summon receive hua hai mere father ke name se kyunki credit card ki payment nahi ki thi but unki death ho chuki hai to ab mujhe kya krna chahiye, or summon ki date par main visit nahi kar sakta to kya problem aa sakti hai

Aap advocate ke through court mai party memo ya vakalatnama file karwa kar presence mark karwa sakte ho or next date per aap court mai present ho sakte ho . Ho sakta hai aap ko joint applicant bana rakha ho

Since you have received a summon, then you must appear before the court. Also, you must file the death certificate of your father before the court. It is not mandatory that you should specifically appear in person in the court, and instead your lawyer can also appear on your behalf. Since the credit card was belonging to your father, hence the said liability was of your father only and you cannot be held liable for the same. The main reason to convey all this to the court is to save you from any proceedings against your father and you in your absence in the court. The lawyer can handle it easily, don’t worry.
