Excitel Broadband not refunding full Amount

I renewed my Excitel Fiber 200 Plan on 21st May 2025 for the Rs 4499.34. And from the next day onwards, They were not providing me the promised speed of 200 MBPS and above, which I was getting earlier on the same plan before the renewal date. I have shared the screenshot with the Dealer, but he started giving me the excuse that I have increased the number of users, which is incorrect. I have a small family and I am in the office in the daytime. So there is no changes at my home. I have returned

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

You can put your grievance through online portal of consumer product protection act this is generally called as a consumer grievance redressal cell since amount is very minimum so this would be the best platform for
